How are you feeling in this moment?
How are you feeling in this moment?
We use this thermometer in our home. I painted it to help our daughter name her feelings, but we found it helped all of us. Noticing our feelings allows us to better understand what our bodies feel like when we feel regulated, dis-regulated and everything in between. In naming our feelings, we can begin to think about how they arise, what we do in the midst of these feelings, what they feel like and where they sit in our bodies. I encourage you to add more feeling words to each of your thermometers as I’ve only listed a few.
When using with young children, lamination can be a great way to make your print durable for use at home or school. I kindly ask that you please do not photocopy your print to share. If you would like to purchase prints in bulk for your school or you cannot afford a print at this price, please email me at info@hillerysproatt.com, I’d like to help!
