Prints + Paintings + Playsilks

Prints, paintings and playsilks are final sale and orders cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. In purchasing an original Hillery Sproatt painting, the buyer owns the physical painting to have and enjoy, but may not reproduce it in any way. The copyright remains the sole property of the artist, Hillery Sproatt.

US Territories & International Orders

All international orders and orders shipping to US territories are final sale and shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying all VAT, duties and fees and these added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value. Please read more here.

Blankets

Blankets cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged when shipped in the USA. If you would like to exchange your blanket for another please notify us at info@hillerysproatt.com right away. All blankets must be returned unused in their original packaging within 10 days from the day you received them. Please note, when exchanging, all shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. This includes an $20 shipping charge, which covers the cost of mailing your new blanket out to you. If you are exchanging multiple blankets, please add an additional $12 per blanket after the first blanket at $20. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number. 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped. If for any reason you decide to cancel an order before it ships, there is a 5% non-refundable cancellation fee. This covers the cost of our merchant fees, which are non-refundable. So please be sure you’d like your order before placing it. If you place an order for an item that has suddenly become back-ordered, you’re more than welcome to wait for the item to come back in stock or we can offer you store credit for the full amount of your order.

Returns to Sender

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with re-shipping any packages that have been returned to us via USPS or UPS as undeliverable due to an error with the shipping address provided by the customer. Returned packages cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Product Defects

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged blanket or print, please notify us at info@hillerysproatt.com right away. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective blanket or print back to our studio. We in turn will cover the cost of shipping the replacement blanket or print back to the customer. All damaged items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number.
